Meditation leads to inner peace, overcomes loneliness, improves relationships, and has many other benefits for mind and body. We will investigate how meditation works to calm our mind throughout our busy daily life. Find out how to fit an enjoyable meditation practice into your present lifestyle, and learn methods for improving mindfulness, concentration and happiness. Sessions include 2 guided meditations and a discussion on Buddha's teachings. No experience necessary. All are welcome!

Sponsored by the Council for Faith and Spirituality and Buddhist Student Organization.

Sessions led by Lori Petrozzello, a student in the Teacher Training Program at the Dharmachakra Buddhist Center, New Kadampa Tradition. Questions my be directed to petrozzello@mail.montclair.edu
