As the writer, director, and host of the Food Network show Good Eats, Alton Brown is an expert commentator on Iron Chef America and host of The Next Iron Chef America. He is also the author of several NY Times best-selling cooking how-to books. His most recent publication is Good Eats 3: The Later Years.
