Putting Sustainability to Work: Emergent Professional Careers
Sustainability is an emerging professional field. Join us at Montclair State University, on Friday, March 27th, 2015, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, for an interactive session in which we will explore the present state of sustainability employment and the potential futures that lie in wait for sustainability practitioners seeking to craft careers as change agents in the Private, Governmental and Non-Profit sectors.
We will be hosting two panel discussions: one panel will include sustainability practitioners in the private sector and the other will include practitioners in the NGO/ government sector. Discussions will be furthered by designated faculty and participants. Overall this workshop intends to provide a bridge to articulate the new professions that sustainability is bringing into play.
