Due date for students enrolled in Summer Sessions classes is Monday, May 18.  After May 18, all new enrollments, or updates to existing enrollments, requires immediate payment. Summer 2015 Bill are available online at WESS Enrollment for Students: wfs.montclair.edu with a Due Date Beginning: May 18.


Student Bills

The University does not mail bills. All statements will be posted and available for viewing on the Web Enrollment Services for Students (WESS) Account Summary website at https://wfs.montclair.edu/ahomepg.htm today.

Payment Options

The Cashier’s Office accepts: cash, personal checks and money orders.

Electronic check payments can be made on WESS. This service is convenient and complimentary. Credit cards are only accepted online via WESS; a convenience fee applies. For additional information go to montclair.edu/payment-options Payment Plan

Payment Plan is offered through a third party. This is NOT a loan and payments can extend up to three months, for the summer term. This plan is interest free and available for a modest fee.  Please visit our web page montclair.edu/payment-plans

Financial Aid

If you are receiving aid for the summer term please make sure all needed paperwork has been submitted to the Office of Financial Aid.  Loans, Grants and/or Scholarships will be not disbursed until mid-July.  For further information, please visit the Financial Aid webpage at montclair.edu/financial-aid

To prevent financial and academic liability, it is the student’s responsibility to check their official MSU e-mail and WESS account on a regular basis for registration, billing and financial aid information.  If your account remains unpaid, the University may de-register you from all classes, place a hold on your account, deactivate Canvas access, withhold release of transcripts or certificate of degree, remove you from student housing, assess interest and/or late fees and collection costs on the unpaid amount, refer your account to a collection agency for collection, and notify any credit reporting bureau of my failure to pay this debt. The Office of Student Accounts is located in College Hall, Room 218 and the hours are during the traditional term: Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 a.m. -  4:30 p.m.
