With the advent of the Site Remediation Reform Act in 2009, the process of remediating sites in NJ has been reinvented. Now, a team consisting of the remediating party and an LSRP can remediate a site with minimal involvement of the NJDEP. This process imposes obligations on both parties and, in order to affect an efficient remediation, it is important that each of the two parties understand their respective obligations under the law. This program is designed for both the responsible party and the licensed site remediation professional.

This half-day course is designed to discuss the significant responsibilities associated with the SRRA law and will include those individuals who have not been routinely involved in LSRP matters, but now find themselves being able to benefit from this program!
