At this event you will learn more about how the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) is involved with Animal Research. You'll get answers to questions like:
- What types of animal research are ongoing here at Montclair State and what is the scientific impact.
- If I'm considering animal research or field research on vertebrate animals, where do I start?
- What is the IACUC responsible for?
- ...along with your own questions
There will also be a guided tour through our animal research facilities.

This event is Free. All are welcome, but Registration is required.
What is the IACUC?
The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) reviews compliance of Animal Welfare Regulations by higher education institutions, such as Montclair State University.
