The Film Institute at Montclair State and the Montclair Film Festival have partnered once again to present the "Behind the Screen" program for 2015. The program consists of a full day of filmmaking workshops and panels that are free and open to the public, and held on Montclair State campus.

Welcoming industry professionals to speak about various aspects of directing, producing, and the development of film and television programs, the program is created to give students and film enthusiasts a behind the scenes look at how their favorite films and televisions programs are made.

Speakers include Michael Slovis of Game Of Thrones, Tim Squyers Life Of Pi and Joel Stillerman The Walking Dead, to shed light on the ins-and-outs of their fascinating creative industry.

Register here to attend.

The Film Institute at Montclair State is dedicated to the preservation, growth and experience of the art of film. The Films and Filmmakers series is a weekly program that features filmmakers who come to speak about their work and profession. The series, open to both University students and the general public, welcomes audience questions while being a unique forum to hear inside stories from some of the most innovative filmmakers working in the field today.
