Street Smart Self-Defense Program

• This Program teaches a practical and effective method of street-smart self-defense. Utilizing training techniques that are geared towards a real world approach that help the student to gain confidence and the tools they need to survive and escape a realistic encounter. In addition to physical techniques, topics discussed and taught are crime prevention issues as well as situational and environmental awareness. The class is taught in an open relaxed environment by expert instructors. All MSU Students and Faculty/Staff are welcome to attend
