Dancer, choreographer and director Ramón Oller, born in sparraguera Spain, is the founder and artistic director of La Compañia Metros (Metros Dance Company) in Barcelona.
He trained in Barcelona, Paris and London, and has choreographed numerous works for his own company and others, including Compañia Nacional de Danza under the direction of Nacho Duato, Ballet Nacional de España, Ballet de Cristina Hoyos, Introdans, Ballet Hispanico (NY), The Cleveland Ballet Company, Festival Aix-en Provence and Festival Avigonon. Mr. Oller was the Artistic Coordinator of the Andalusian Dance Center in Seville and the Director of the professional conservatory of dance at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona.
