Following the 8 pm performance of The Forgotten/L’oublié(e), stay for a Community Conversation with director and performer Raphaëlle Boitel and members of the cast, moderated by Dr. Jessica Brater of Montclair State University's Department of Theatre and Dance.

Cirque nouveau star and contortionist Raphaëlle Boitell makes her directorial debut with The Forgotten.  Drawing on personal family stories and the influence of great forgotten women including Loïe Fuller and Contess of Castiglione, Boitel creates a dream world blending theater, dance, music, and circus arts.

Dr. Jessica Brater is an Assistant Professor of Theatre and Dance at Montclair State University, and Coordinator of the Theatre Studies BA and MA Programs.

This event is free and open to the public. The 9:00 pm start time is an approximation based on the 60 min run-time of The Forgotten.
