Come join us for a de-stress extravaganza! Students can make their own free “Self-care Treasure Chest” by visiting each of our mental health related tables. We will be giving away candy, sleep masks, crafts and information about ending the stigma on mental health. Students will also have the chance to enter a raffle to win our grand prize, the ultimate self-care kit. Counseling and Psychological Services will also be joining us by conducting free mental health screenings for students. Don’t forget your Montclair State University ID because we will be swiping you in. We hope to see you there!
