Sjoerd Gehring is Johnson & Johnson’s Global Head of Talent Acquisition overseeing all of the company’s global recruiting activities (approximately 25,000 hires annually). Sjoerd is responsible for developing the global talent acquisition strategy and devising innovative and progressive sourcing, selection and assessment processes to ensure J&J continues to attract and retain a globally diverse pipeline of talent.
