Moderator
Patricia (“Trish”) Maleski has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.  She began her career with Price Waterhouse as an auditor and is currently an Independent Director for the Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund Complex.  She was previously the Chief Control Officer for the Asset Management Division of JP Morgan Chase and President of the JP Morgan Mutual Fund Complex.  She is a mother of two and an avid fitness buff and runner.

Panelists
Theresa de Leon is Senior Vice President and Managing Director for PNC Wealth Management for New Jersey/New York.  She oversees five Wealth Management offices with over 80 wealth management professionals.  She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, spending the last 12 years with PNC Wealth Management.   She previously worked as a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch’s Private Client Group in New York.  She is a graduate of Yale University, with an MS from NYU Stern School of Business and a JD from NY Law School.

Lucia DiNapoli Gibbons is the Head of Eastern Business Banking for Wells Fargo, where she is responsible for leading a business that serves companies along the East Coast with revenues between $5-$20 million annually, overseeing a team of over 1,100 team members.   She serves as President of the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation Board.  She was previously Northern New Jersey Regional President for Wells Fargo.  She has been named one of New Jersey’s “Ten Most Influential Women in Business” by the Newark Star-Ledger and one of the “Top 50 Women in Business” and “40 Under 40” by NJ Biz.

Dr. Philippa X. Girling is SVP/Chief Risk Officer at Investors Bank.  She has over 20 years of experience in the global financial services industry, and is a recognized risk management leader in the industry.  She was named one of the decade’s “Top Fifty Faces of Operational Risk.”  She was previously Business Risk Officer-SVP at Capital One Commercial Bank.  She holds New York Bar and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) qualifications. She was recognized in 2014 by Working Mother Magazine as one of the top 100 Working Mothers in America.
