Saskia Hamilton's poetry is elegant, difficult, intense, and utterly unlike anyone else's. Her most recent book, Corridor (2014), was named one of the best poetry books of the year by both the New York Times and The New Yorker. Her other books of poetry include Divide These (Graywolf Press, 2005), Canal: New and Selected Poems (Arc Publications, 2005), and As for Dream (Graywolf Press, 2001). She is also the editor of Words in Air: The Complete Correspondence between Elizabeth Bishop and Robert Lowell, co-editor (Farrar, Straus & Giroux, 2008) and The Letters of Robert Lowell, editor (Farrar, Straus & Giroux, 2005). Saskia is Professor of at Barnard College.
