You are invited to hear Prof. Chris Matthews (MSU Dept. of Anthropology and Center for Heritage & Archaeological Studies) discuss his team's ongoing research into the history of a mixed heritage Native and African American community in Setauket, Long Island, including the active involvement of community members as well as archaeological investigation.
