The MSU Wind Symphony pays tribute to legendary civil rights icon Rosa Parks with Mark Camphouse’s haunting A Movement for Rosa and Michael Daugherty’s Rosa Parks Boulevard. The “recreation” portion of the concert includes the music of Mozart, Stravinsky, and Bernstein, and the wonderfully eclectic First Symphony for Band by William Bolcom.
