According to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), up to 93% of employers are Googling us. What are the implications? For one, it’s highly likely that our first “interview” occurs in online, without our knowledge. We’ll look at the use of privacy restrictions on social media, as well as methods of professionalism.
