Celling Your Soul takes viewers on a personal journey with a group of high school and college students who through a digital cleanse discover the power of authentic human connectivity. Does there exist an app or piece of technology that can replace the benefits of human connection?

Join us in celebrating the 3rd annual National Media Literacy Week for a powerful and informative film screening. The event will be moderated by Dr. Vanessa Domine,  SCM professor and former vice president of the National Association for Media Literacy Education (NAMLE).  Guest panelists include Dr. Jazmin Reyes-Portillo, assistant professor of psychology and Dr. Todd Kelshaw, associate professor of communication studies. Together they will discuss connecting in the digital world and our love/hate relationship with technology.
