The Ph.D. in Teacher Education & Teacher Development is the first of its kind in the region and one of only a few in the country.  Based on the most current research on how teachers learn to teach in multicultural contexts and how they develop professionally, the program offers a unique opportunity for those who seek to develop necessary expertise to assume leadership roles in educational settings nationwide.

Applicants come from a variety of professional settings and bring considerable experience into the classroom.  This combines with the expertise of program faculty to provide an engaging, rigorous program of study.

Join us at an on-campus information session to discuss the program on Wednesday, June 20th, at 5:30 pm.  This will be our last information session of the year.
