An elected official is in many ways an entrepreneur - she has to build a brand, create demand for it and continue to deliver to her constituents (customers). Assemblywoman Britnee Timberlake will discuss her journey to public office, building her brand, advocating for small businesses, and representing New Jerseyans. Timberlake represents legislative district 34 (Clifton, East Orange, Montclair, Orange), and serves on the Assembly Science, Innovation and Technology committee, among others.
