The Department of Psychology is pleased to offer a new Industrial/Organizational Psychology (PhD) program to address the nationwide need for people scientists and human resource leaders who are able to apply their skills and knowledge to solve strategic human problems in complex organizational systems. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Industrial-Organizational Psychologists is one of the fastest growing occupations, with New Jersey having one of the highest concentrations of highly paid I/O positions.   

We are the only I/O Psychology PhD in New Jersey and one of the few in the country to offer specialization in data science along with courses in organizational development and business strategy.Program highlights include:
