A VIRTUAL DIALOGUE
Race and Justice in America: Unpacking Police Violence, Mass Incarceration and the Courts

With the 2020 Elections around the corner, issues within the administration of justice have become most salient given the atrocities last summer surrounding the police-involved deaths of George Floyd, Tony McDade, Breonna Taylor, and others. The heightened visibility of these issues has forced elected officials to respond, yet their responses are highly contentious, and in some cases, incomplete. Meanwhile, activists continue to exclaim that #BLM and that more needs to be done to address race in the criminal legal system. Join this panel of respected experts as they comprehensively uncover the issues surrounding policing, mass incarceration, and the courts in America while also providing solutions for the path forward.
