Please attend an online lecture by faculty member Alfredo Toro Carnevali from the Political Science & Law Department. Professor Carnevali will discuss the dangers inherent in the militarization of space especially with regard to a potential nuclear conflict and the role of international organizations (and treaties) in mitigating these issues.
