Emmanuel Laroche - V.P. Marketing & Consumer Insights at Symrise will speak

Based on extensive research, Symrise Marketing has identified a new wave of mainstream food and beverage categories and flavors of increased demand in the era of COVID-19 recovery. Emmanuel will share how demand across food and beverage categories has shifted in response to Covid-19 and opportunity areas for CPG companies and retailers.

Emmanuel Laroche brings more than 20 years of international business and marketing experience to Symrise.  His carrier has included American and European managerial positions in the flavor industry. Accomplished international business and marketing executive who creates business opportunities through innovative customer engagement platforms while increasing brand awareness and market share. Emmanuel holds a master of chemistry and an M.B.A. with concentration in marketing from the University of Nice-Sofia Antipolis - France.

Emmanuel is also the host of a food podcast called "flavors unknown". A series of interviews with U.S. trending Chefs, Pastry Chefs and Mixologists.
