The Department of Theatre & Dance presents Spring Dance 2021 on May 7, 2021. A virtual dance concert specifically designed to explore the creative process, this year’s streaming performance is guided by the choreographic expertise of Jennifer Archibald, Jessica DiMauro Marks, Gregory Dolbashian, Roderick George, Larry Keigwin, Kathleen Kelley, Emmanuèle Phuon, Helen Pickett, Ellenore Scott, Bradley Shelver, and Brandin Steffensen. These world-renowned artists and dance makers invited our dance majors into their creative process, where they provided modalities and tools to engage, inspire, and support students' future choreographic endeavors. What you will witness is the culmination of 8 weeks of immersive, process-driven creative experiences with our dance majors, showcasing a dynamic range of performance and choreography crafted by these established artists, working at times in collaboration with the dancers.
