In the Theatre Studies BA program's Site-Specific Performance class students create performances outside of traditional theater spaces through the integration of interdisciplinary research and theatrical practice.

Students work at a site-specific location and engage in research related to that location to develop a culminating performance project. This semester they are engaging with the rich history of Paterson, NJ’s Hinchliffe Stadium, Mary Ellen Kramer Park, and Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park to design a COVID-safe live and recorded performance, inviting audiences to learn about the history of these sites and think about their connection to the location.
Join us on Saturday, May 15 and Sunday, May 16 at 1:30, 2, or 2:30pm for a socially distant podcast performance at Paterson Great Falls, performed in both English and Spanish.

Navigate to Paterson Great Falls on McBride Ave and meet at the Hamilton Statue to begin your adventure. Parking is available in lots adjacent to the Falls. Charge your phone and bring your headphones! We also recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
