The new, 13.5-credit Customer Experience and User Experience Research Certificate (Online) is designed to build your expertise in understanding the needs of customers and the users of technological devices, products and services. Job seekers find that adding micro credentials like certificates to their resume provides a quick avenue to demonstrate higher training. The fully online certificate program starts August 2022 and is open to recent graduates from all majors.
