Our goal is to show them, and you, that working out really can be a fun and rewarding experience.<\/p>\n<p>Our trainers come from varied backgrounds with accredited certifications through fitness organizations including ACE, NSCA, ACSM, NASM and AFAA. In addition they have passed Campus Recreation\u2019s own strenuous development program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/UmQDFgPdUR8efPLw7\" target=\"_blank\">Sign up now and get started!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><div class=\"tab-group\"><div class=\"tab-content\"><h2>What to Expect<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Filling out the <\/span>Initial Consultation Request Form<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The first step of any Personal Training package is completed by filling out and submitting a Free Initial Consultation Request Form using the link above. This non-binding form creates an opportunity for a personal trainers to learn about their potential clients, which includes sections such as the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ), daily nutrition and activity habits, as well scheduling preferences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Getting to the Initial Consultation<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After submitting the Initial Consultation Request Form, a trainer will contact you within 24-48 hours to set up a date for the Free Initial Consultation. The Initial Consultation boils down to a conversation between the trainer and the client, going through the PARQ, and ensuring that both parties understand the goals and expectations of every subsequent session. Each of the trainers employed by the Fitness Department has completed various exams to obtain certifications qualifying them to work with any client imaginable, and once the consultation has finished, the next step is to set up a time for the Fitness Assessment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The Fitness Assessment<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Fitness Assessment serves to provide each personal trainer an opportunity to analyze a client\u2019s ability to perform simple to mildly challenging movements, as well as record physiological data that can be referred to when tracking progress. Fitness Assessments are free and typically occur at both the start and end of a package, with a 6 to 8-week gap in between. Once the Fitness Assessment has concluded, the exercise sessions can properly begin!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The Session<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Every session goes for about an hour, on a day and time that is agreed upon by both the trainer and the client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><div class=\"tab-content\"><h2>Pricing<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Personal Training Packages<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A one-hour session will include goal setting, health and fitness education, programming to meet your individual needs and motivation to help you achieve your stated goals.
