After all 3 lifts are successfully completed, the total weight is added up. To be a member of the 250lb club, the total weight lifted must be 250lbs or greater. To become a part of the 500 clubs, the total weight lifted must be 500lbs or greater. To be a part of the 1000lb club, the total weight lifted must be 1000lbs or greater. All members of the club will receive a t-shirt and their picture on the website. Read more here about the rules of the lifting club.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>To Participate:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Fill out this <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdDoDbAIz2dAkp5ExGevWKfRDa5hftuxu5bDQWDR_AVeo9rzw\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" target=\"_blank\">Google Form<\/a> to set up an appointment with our personal trainers who will act as judges and spotters for your lifts.
