Co-op Student of the Year Recipient

Heather Sootkoos, College of Education and Human Services

Spring 2018 Intern, RWJBarnabas Health

The Cooperative Education Committee has selected Heather Sootkoos as the 2018 Co-op Student of the Year. Heather went above and beyond during her co-op experience at RWJBarnabas Health. Not only did she learn about the facets of patient care, she exemplified it through the research she conducted, the assessments she provided, and the interactions she had with patients. Heather has exemplified her initiative, devotion, and compassion to patient care and it is clear that she has made a tremendous impact throughout her co-op experience.

Outstanding Student Employee Award Nominations

In addition to the 35 outstanding student employee award recipients, the Center for Career Services would like to recognize all of the student employees nominated for the award by their on-campus supervisor.  The contributions made by these students are a key element to the successful operation of the Institution.
