Showing mutual interest in their organization could help you receive a message or virtual event invitation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>How to follow an employer<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Employers<\/strong> button at the top of your Handshake homepage.<\/li>\n<li>Use the filters to find employers who align with your career interests and goals<\/li>\n<li>Either follow employers from this page, or click into an employer&#8217;s profile and hit the\u00a0<strong>Follow\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"responsive-image-holder wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mlt-responsive-image\" data-original-image=\"\/career-services\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/93\/2022\/05\/Follow-Amazon.png\" src=\"\/responsive-media\/cache\/career-services\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/93\/2022\/05\/Follow-Amazon.png.0.1x.generic.jpg\" alt=\"Example of Amazon&apos;s Company Profile in Handshake\"\/><\/figure>\n<h3>Employer&#8217;s Company Profile<\/h3>\n<p>Employer profiles offer you a glance into the organization, including available jobs, their interview process, and what it&#8217;s like to work there.\u00a0 An employer&#8217;s profile has key features, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reviews: <\/strong>Hear from other students about their internship experience, the company culture, and more.\u00a0 You can even <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/joinhandshake.com\/blog\/students\/how-to-get-useful-career-advice-from-other-students\/\" target=\"_blank\">message other students directly<\/a> to ask for advice or ask specific questions about the organization.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interviews: <\/strong>Similar to reviews, get an inside look at the interview process.\u00a0 You&#8217;ll see for what position the reviewer interviewed, as well as their major, the university that they attend, and their class level.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jobs:<\/strong> View all of the employer&#8217;s available jobs and internships<\/li>\n<li><strong>Upcoming Events:<\/strong> See a full list of the employer&#8217;s upcoming events and register with just one click!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Direct Message with an Employer<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"veryhardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"or4e-0-0\">If you&#8217;re interested in contacting employers via Handshake, we recommend using the messaging feature<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"or4e-1-0\">.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"veryhardreadability\">Handshake is the only platform with a network of employers that have actively made themselves available to students.
