However, it is still important to keep limitations in place until virus transmission has slowed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/~silveras\">Dr. Stephanie Silvera<\/a>, Professor in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/public-health\">Public Health Department<\/a>, believes it&#8217;s important for the rate of transmission to be below 1.0 for at least a couple of weeks before increasing the indoor dining capacity. She stated, &#8220;Statewide, right now, it&#8217;s about 1.1 and it&#8217;s been trending upward ever so slightly over the past week.
