Montclair State University\u2019s online\u00a0Master of Arts in Educational Leadership<\/a>\u00a0program is ranked No. 1 in New Jersey and No. 14 in the nation in the U.S. News & World Report 2022 Best Online Programs rankings. The national ranking for the program is up one spot from 2021.<\/p>\n

Two other online graduate programs offered by Montclair also placed among the nation\u2019s best in the annual rankings.<\/p>\n

The University\u2019s\u00a0Master of Science in Information Technology<\/a>\u00a0with a concentration in Applied Information Technology (Professional Science Master\u2019s) is ranked No. 61 in the nation, while Montclair State\u2019s online\u00a0Master of Business Administration (MBA)<\/a>\u00a0program moved up one spot to No. 78, up from 79 in 2021.<\/p>\n

U.S. News program rankings are based on scores from five categories \u2013 student engagement, services and technologies, student excellence, faculty credentials and training, and opinions of academic experts.<\/p>\n

Montclair also offers several other online graduate degree and certificate options designed to equip working professionals with career-enhancing skills.<\/p>\n

The University\u2019s Master of Science in\u00a0Sustainability Science<\/a>\u00a0integrates industry-related coursework with opportunities for business and leadership skill development. Montclair\u2019s online\u00a0Master of Science in Nursing<\/a>\u00a0prepares registered nurses (RNs) for advanced practice in administration, education and clinical research, and has\u00a0recently been accredited<\/a>\u00a0by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.<\/p>\n

A fully online\u00a0Master of Arts in Child Advocacy and Policy<\/a>\u00a0prepares professionals for career advancement, and the University\u2019s low-residency\u00a0Master of Fine Arts in Dance<\/a>\u00a0uniquely combines on-ground studio work with online theory and research. Other offerings include a\u00a0Master of Science in Business Analytics<\/a>\u00a0and a\u00a0Master of Arts in Teaching Middle Grades Mathematics<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Online graduate certificate and certification programs<\/a>\u00a0in the field of advocacy, business, education and technology are also available for those who may already have an advanced degree but want to build out or update skills that can enhance their career goals.<\/p>\n
