Dr. Yeon Bai Receives Grant for Studying WIC Participants’ Shopping Experiences

Dr. Yeon Bai, Professor in the Nutrition and Food Studies Department, recently received a Montclair State University Internal Grant. Her submission was entitled, “Elicitation study to identify salient beliefs of WIC participants’ shopping experience.” The project was selected as an awardee for FY23 Separately Budgeted Research (SBR).

Dr. Bai was awarded $1,900 for the project, beginning on July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023. The award will cover the costs associated with travel, student workers, and other fees.
