Graduating students have two options for ordering regalia:
- Place your order to be shipped to the University Bookstore (free shipping and handling). The deadline is Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Regalia shipped to the University Bookstore may be picked up at the Graduation Fair, Monday, May 4 between 10:30 am and 6:30 pm, in the Student Center Ballrooms.

For any regalia-related questions, please email email@example.com.
Please note that regalia will not be available for purchase at Convocation.
Convocation will be held at Sprague Field, an open-air venue, and is expected to last between 1 1/2 – 2 hours. It is highly recommended that students wear comfortable flat shoes since walking on the field and ramps is required. Pocketbooks, backpacks, or other carried articles are not permitted in the procession or at students’ seats.
Student check-in is in Lot 7. Students will then be directed to line up in Lot 3 (behind Panzer Athletic Center). Students must report to check in no later than 11:30 am. Guests are not permitted in the check-in or line-up areas. Signs will be posted to identify major/department locations for line-up. Montclair State University staff will be available for assistance.
Students will be pre-seated prior to the formal platform party procession.
Convocation is a celebration of your achievements and the hard work on the part of everyone involved including fellow graduates, faculty members, administrators, friends, and family. Graduates are asked to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner that demonstrates respect toward their fellow graduates, other guests, and the speakers on stage. Please remain in your seat during the ceremony until you are called to stage for your individual recognition.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled. Please call the Montclair State University weather hotline at 973-655-7810 or visit the homepage of the University website for up-to-the-minute information.
