The SCM PR Speaker Series presents: Global Brand PepsiCo Storytelling Strategies Focus on Growth, Innovation, Culture and Community
Susan Novak, Vice President, PepsiCo Brand and Key Capabilities Communications,
will discuss her role in leading communications for PepsiCo’s innovation capabilities including Design, e-Commerce, Insights and Research & Development. In addition, she will address her work in quarterbacking the communications strategy for PepsiCo’s corporate narrative, where she is focused on proactive storytelling globally and in PepsiCo’s top 20 markets, helping to burnish PepsiCo’s reputation as an industry leader.
A six-year veteran of Pepsico, Susan previously served as Vice President of Communications for PepsiCo’s North America Beverage business, where she led internal, brand, corporate and crisis communications for the company’s largest business unit. In this capacity, she oversaw the communications architecture for 24 brands, including 12 billion dollar brands; employee engagement programs for more than 70,000+ employees; and served as the senior communications ambassador to the top beverage trade association. Susan also oversaw the communications for PepsiCo’s acquisition of CytoSport – a suite of brands in the value-added and plant- based protein space.
