Cathy N Davidson and Christina Katopodis to discuss their new book &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/bookshop.org\/p\/books\/the-new-college-classroom-cathy-n-davidson\/18233371?ean=9780674248854\" class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-link\">The New College Classroom<\/a>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Hosted by the CHSS Dean&#8217;s Office, the event took place on Wednesday, February 1st, from 4pm &#8211; 5pm, and was followed by a reception. The presentation took place on-campus, in Brantl Lecture Hall, as well as virtually via Zoom. Photo by Minyae Mckenzie.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><div class=\"prpl-row\"><div class=\"prpl-column one-half\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Davidson and Katopodis gave insight on ways to engage students, setting aside the &#8220;sage-on-the-stage&#8221; approach and focusing on classroom involvement and student participation.
