The Center for the Digital Humanities is hosting the 2018 Spring Digital Humanities Day.<\/span><\/p>\n

The day\u2019s events will include presentations, productive discussions, and open Lab sessions. Refreshments will be served throughout the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Come to Schmitt Hall 135 and learn about our resource lab, meet some of the support team, and see what type of work we do at the Center for the Digital Humanities. We encourage those interested in working with the Center to stop by and see how we could assist you in your digital humanities project<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWith 817 different definitions of digital humanities at <\/span>https:\/\/whatisdigitalhumanities.com\/<\/span><\/a>, this growing field of interest has sparked both interest and controversy. \u00a0This moderated conversation will briefly review how we got where we are today with the Digital Humanities and show examples of digital humanities projects. There will also be time for Q&A.<\/span><\/p>\n
