Seating is general admission and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Convocations: Guest tickets are required for all Convocations at Sprague Field.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduates can request 5 guest tickets when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/chss\/convocation\/student-information\/eligibility-and-registration\/\">registering<\/a> to attend Convocation in MarchingOrder.<\/li>\n<li>Graduates must complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/chss\/convocation\/student-information\/post-graduation-survey\/\">Post-Graduation Survey<\/a> prior to picking up ceremony reader cards.<\/li>\n<li>All guests must have tickets to enter Sprague Field, including children.<\/li>\n<li>Guests without an authorized ticket will not be permitted to enter. <strong>There will be no exceptions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Each ticket is only valid for the Convocation ceremony listed on the ticket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deadline to register and request guest tickets in <a href=\"https:\/\/montclair.marchingorder.com\/#\/\"><strong>MarchingOrder<\/strong><\/a> is <strong>11:55 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ticket and Reader Card Pick-up<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Guest tickets and ceremony reader cards (to be used when crossing the stage) will be distributed by <strong>CHSS in the Dean&#8217;s Office, Dickson Hall 401<\/strong> on the dates and times listed below. Please note the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduates must complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/chss\/convocation\/student-information\/post-graduation-survey\/\">Post-Graduation Survey<\/a> prior to picking up ceremony reader cards.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please bring some form of photo ID when you come to pick up your tickets\/reader card.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please distribute your tickets to your guests prior to the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">All graduates are <u>required<\/u>\u00a0to bring their reader name card to the ceremony.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pick-up Dates and Times<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"link-list\">\n<ul>\n<li>Mon, May 2nd: 8:30 a.m. &#8211; 4:30 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Tues, May 3rd: 8:30 a.m. &#8211; 6:30 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Weds, May 4th: 8:30 a.m. &#8211; 6:30 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Thurs, May 5th: 8:30 a.m. &#8211; 4 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Fri, May 6th: 8:30 a.m. &#8211; 4 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Sat, May 7th: 10 a.m. &#8211; 1 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Mon, May 9th: 8:30 a.m. &#8211; 4 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Tues, May 10th: 8:30 a.m. &#8211; 4 p.m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p>This website contains information about the 2022 CHSS Convocation.
