I joined this program to gain the knowledge and skills to support students and help them succeed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fun Fact:<\/strong> I enjoy reading, writing, event planning, spending time with loved ones, and developing visual designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"student-profile\">\n<h3>LaKendra Herring<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Current Job Title:<\/strong> Graduate Coordinator for Commuter Life &amp; Graduate Peer Mentor for Residence Life<\/li>\n<li><strong>Undergraduate Degree:<\/strong> Psychology \u2013 Montclair State University<\/li>\n<li><strong>Career Aspirations:<\/strong> Academic Advisor, and eventually Vice President of a university<\/li>\n<li><strong>Why I Joined:<\/strong> My involvement as an undergrad helped me discover my passion for working with students and inspired me to pursue a career in higher education.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fun Fact:<\/strong> I enjoy creating diamond art and doing hair on the weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"student-profile\">\n<h3>Caitlin Aristizabal<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Current Job Title:<\/strong> Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Marketing and Events at Felician University<\/li>\n<li><strong>Undergraduate Degree:<\/strong> Communication and Media Arts &amp; Psychology \u2013 Montclair State University<\/li>\n<li><strong>Career Aspirations:<\/strong> Continue to grow in admissions, especially in event planning and outreach<\/li>\n<li><strong>Why I Joined:<\/strong> Inspired by my mom\u2019s higher ed career and my own experience as a student worker in Admissions.
