In it, Professor Curto provides extensive suggestions for teaching Hope Reese&#8217;s essay &#8221; \u201cHow a Bit of Awe Can Improve Your Health,\u201d using resources such as Brene Brown&#8217;s book <em>Atlas of the Heart: Mapping Meaningful Connection and the Language of Human Experience<\/em>.
