Dr. Ross\u00a0Malaga<\/span>\u00a0is a serial entrepreneur and chronic disruptive thinker. He has more than 20 years of experience in the information systems field as an educator, consultant and business owner. Ross is a professor in the Department of Information Management and Business Analytics in the Feliciano School of Business and is the Academic Director for Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.<\/p>\n

His research has been published in some of the top information systems and entrepreneurship journals, including\u00a0Communications of the ACM, Venture Capital,<\/em>\u00a0and the\u00a0International Journal of Electronic Commerce<\/em>. He is a leading academic expert on search engine optimization (SEO), e-commerce, and equity crowdfunding and is often called upon to provide consulting services, expert witness testimony, and media interviews.<\/p>\n
