Together with her Research and Development counterparts, Pearl is responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end pipeline and portfolio strategy for Rheumatology and Dermatology. She leads a team of global commercial strategy and analytics professionals focused on delivering growth strategies and long-term value for the Immunology business. Pearl\u2019s team also works to ensure worldwide launch readiness for new products and line extensions, and to optimize products\u2019 lifecycle management.\n<p>Pearl has more than 20 years of global pharmaceutical and business leadership experience.\u00a0 She has worked in numerous therapeutic areas, countries, and functions, and has a strong and consistent track record of delivering results.
