The Working Group aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offer support and guidance on hiring at Montclair State, including strategies for designing job descriptions and recruitment plans for producing diverse short lists and hires.<\/li>\n<li>Take the lead in regularly providing helpful readings, offering suggestions, and hosting conversations that encourage us to understand each other and to listen to each other with empathy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For inquiries or further information please contact our co-chairs.<\/p>\n<h2>Members<\/h2>\n<p>Members of the Working Group on Equity and Inclusion serve 2-year, renewable terms.
