Passport Applications are processed by appointment only.<\/p>\n<p>All passport fees must be paid by check or money order (no cash, credit, debit, or Red Hawk Dollars). Passport applications must be filled out in black ink only.<\/p>\n<h3>Parking<\/h3>\n<p>Parking is available for passport patrons in front of the facilities building located at 147 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424. Parking spots are marked with designated signage.<\/p>\n<p>Contact us at <a href=\"tel:973-655-4359\">973-655-6855<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:passportservice@montclair.edu\">passportservice@montclair.edu<\/a> to schedule your appointment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Passport Fees (effective 12\/27\/21):<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Passport Book for Adult<\/strong>: $130.00 paid to the US Department of State; plus a $35.00 processing fee paid to Montclair State University.\u00a0<em>Check or money order (no cash, credit, debit, or Red Hawk Dollars).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Passport Book<\/strong>\u00a0for Minor : $100.00 paid to the US Department of State; plus a $35.00 processing fee paid to Montclair State University.\u00a0<em>Check or money order (no cash, credit, debit, or Red Hawk Dollars).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Passport Book and Passport Card<\/strong>\u00a0for Adult : $160.00 paid to the US Department of State; plus a $35.00 processing fee paid to Montclair State University.\u00a0<em>Check or money order (no cash, credit, debit, or Red Hawk Dollars).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Passport Book and Passport Card<\/strong>\u00a0for Minor: $115.00 paid to the US Department of State; plus a $35.00 processing fee paid to Montclair State University.\u00a0<em>Check or money order (no cash, credit, debit, or Red Hawk Dollars).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Passport Card Only for Adult<\/strong>: $30.00 paid to the US Department of State; plus a $35.00 processing fee paid to Montclair State University.\u00a0<em>Check or money order (no cash, credit, debit, or Red Hawk Dollars).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Passport Card Only for Minor<\/strong>: $15.00 paid to the US Department of State; plus a $35.00 processing fee paid to Montclair State University.\u00a0<em>Check or money order (no cash, credit, debit, or Red Hawk Dollars).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Photos:<\/strong>\u00a0Either bring two passport photos (2\u2033x2\u2033) or you can have your picture taken on site for a charge of $15.00, to be paid to Montclair State University.\u00a0<em>Check or money order (no cash, credit, debit, or Red Hawk Dollars).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Be sure to check <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en.html\" target=\"_blank\">travel.state.gov<\/a> for the most up to date passport information, including passport <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/passports\/have-passport.html\">renewals<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Notary Services<\/h2>\n<p>Notary services are available to members of the Montclair State University community free of charge.
