Landscape Services<\/h2>\n<div class=\"prpl-row\"><div class=\"prpl-column one-half\">\n<div class='inset grey'>\n<h3><strong>Grounds Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Grounds Services is responsible for campus landscape care. In addition to caring for the University&#8217;s hard and soft scapes, this group also provides <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/facilities\/our-services\/services-facilities-employees\/snowice-removal-plan\/\" title=\"Home%20%BB%20Montclair%20State%20%BB%20Facilities%20%BB%20Facilities%20Services%20%BB%20Grounds%20Services%20%BB%20Snow%20and%20Ice%20Removal\">Snow and Ice Removal Services<\/a>\u00a0during the winter. Donations of plants, trees, bulbs, or seeds are accepted through the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/giving\/\">University Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"prpl-button-row\"><span class=\"prpl-button white\"><a href=\"\/\/maximo.montclair.edu\/maximo\/webclient\/login\/login.jsp?appservauth=true\">Submit a Service Request<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h2>Postal Services<\/h2>\n<div class=\"prpl-row\"><div class=\"prpl-column one-half\">\n<div class='inset grey'>\n<h3><strong>Mail &amp; Package Delivery Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Postal Services guides customers through postal regulations, coordinates daily mail deliveries, and meters all USPS mail submitted by University departments. This unit also processes all packages shipped through major courier and freight divisions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"prpl-button-row\"><span class=\"prpl-button white\"><a href=\"\/facilities\/our-services\/facilities-services\/postal-services\/\">Postal Services<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"prpl-column one-half\">\n<div class='inset grey'>\n<h3><strong>Passport &amp; Notary Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As a Passport Acceptance Facility, Montclair State University offers full U.S. Passport processing and Notary services to University employees, students, and the public.\u00a0 Passport processing services are scheduled by appointment only.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"prpl-button-row\"><span class=\"prpl-button white\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/facilities\/our-services\/facilities-services\/postal-services\/additional-services\/\">Passport &amp; Notary Services<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h2>Moving &amp; Event Support Services<\/h2>\n<p>Moving Services is divided into two work units: <strong>Campus Moving<\/strong> and <strong>Residential Moving<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Please contact the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/facilities\/our-services\/facilities-maintenance-engineering\/\">Facilities Customer Service Center<\/a> at <a href=\"tel:973-655-5444\">973-655-5444<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:servicedesk@montclair.edu\">servicedesk@montclair.edu<\/a> to communicate your moving needs.\u00a0 Major moving and relocation activities associated with capital construction and renovation projects are coordinated through the Department of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/facilities\/our-services\/capital-planning-project-management\/\">Capital Planning and Project Management<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"prpl-row\"><div class=\"prpl-column one-half\">\n<div class='inset grey'>\n<h3><strong>Campus Moving<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Campus Moving unit moves furniture, boxes, and equipment for <strong>Academic <\/strong>and<strong> Administrative<\/strong> customers.\u00a0 This group also performs room set-ups for on-and-off-campus University events.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"prpl-button-row\"><span class=\"prpl-button white\"><a href=\"\/\/maximo.montclair.edu\/maximo\/webclient\/login\/login.jsp?appservauth=true\">Submit a Move Request<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"prpl-column one-half\">\n<div class='inset grey'>\n<h3><strong>Residential Moving<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Residential Moving unit moves furniture, boxes, and equipment for customers in <strong>Residence Halls<\/strong>. This group assists with furniture assembly and performing room set-ups for on-and-off-campus University events.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"d.en.16026\"><\/a><p class=\"prpl-button-row\"><span class=\"prpl-button white\"><a href=\"\/\/maximo.montclair.edu\/maximo\/webclient\/login\/login.jsp?appservauth=true\">Submit a Move Request<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div><\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"prpl-row\"><div class=\"prpl-column one-half\">\n<div class='inset grey'>\n<h3><strong>Tent Loans<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>University Facilities owns a limited number of non-permanent 10\u2019 x 10\u2019, 10&#8242; x 15&#8242;, and 10\u2019 x 20\u2019 tents available for the convenience and use of campus customers.\u00a0 Tents are loaned to <strong>Academic<\/strong> and <strong>Administrative<\/strong> division programs <strong><em>at the request of University Deans and Vice Presidents<\/em><\/strong> to be used for special events or activities that benefit University faculty, staff, and students. Montclair State uses a single stream recycling system in all buildings. &#8220;Single stream recycling&#8221; is the process of collecting all recyclable materials (i.e. mixed paper, plastics, metals, glass, and cans) in the same recycling container to be sorted off-site, by the University&#8217;s recycling vendor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"prpl-button-row\"><span class=\"prpl-button white\"><a href=\"\/\/maximo.montclair.edu\/maximo\/webclient\/login\/login.jsp?appservauth=true\">Submit a Service Request<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"prpl-column one-half\">\n<div class='inset grey'>\n<h3><strong>Pest Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A certified pest control company is on campus every Monday and Thursday to provide routine service and to complete relevant work orders for the extermination of insects, small animals, and rodents. The exterminator practices <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.epa.gov\/pesticides\/factsheets\/ipm.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Integrated Pest Management<\/a>, the practice of using the least toxic or harmful method of controlling pests.
