The popularity of personal electric vehicles (PEVs) such as electric bikes and electric scooters (e-bikes and e-scooters) has taken off over the past few years. With their increase in popularity and usage, there has also been an increase in accidents and injuries to both operators and pedestrians.<\/p>\n
