  • Description: In this workshop Professor of Educational Foundations Maughn Gregory will demonstrate five contemplative classroom exercises designed to reduce stress, increase concentration, and/or rediscover purpose. Each exercise lasts 5-10 minutes and can be conducted in online classrooms either synchronously or asynchronously. Student handouts for each exercise will be shared, as well as resources on contemplative pedagogy.
