Welcome to Montclair State University! The Office for Faculty Advancement (OFA) is excited to work with you and provide opportunities for teaching and professional development. All of our programs, workshops, consultation services, and discussion groups are open to all Montclair State University teaching faculty, including adjunct faculty. We offer remote access to nearly all of our development programs, for those who are often off campus.
We have created this portal to be a guide and essential resource to all adjunct faculty teaching at Montclair State. However, if there are additional resources or assistive materials we should include, please contact us and let us know! We welcome all ideas, comments, and questions as we continue to serve the faculty members of Montclair State.
To take advantage of all the resources of Montclair State University as a teaching faculty member, you will need to have an active NetId and montclair.edu email address. You should also get a physical ID card from the ID Card office, as this will allow you to scan into resource rooms and office space set aside for you. As part of the hiring process, you should have been given directions on how to activate your NetId and email, and you can confirm those steps here and here.
