Welcome to teaching at Montclair State University. The Office for Faculty Advancement offers workshops, developmental programs, consultations, and visits to class to support teaching at MSU. Every Monday OFA sends out an email to all teaching faculty and the campus list announcing events for the upcoming two weeks.events are also scheduled on the Events page. If you would like to join the OFA discussion list, you will receive these updates as well as be invited to talk about teaching and other issues relevant to faculty advancenent. - Colleagues! Instructors learn from other instructors. Don’t be shy about asking, especially if you are new. Take advantage of your department list-serv, or join the OFA list-serv (see above) and ask your questions there.
